Our "High-Speed Feeder for Shaft Parts" achieves up to twice the speed of conventional models by adopting a new vibration system. The alignment unit (tooling section) is linear, and since there are no vibration components in directions other than the transport direction, it can provide stable alignment and supply of long shaft-like parts, making it suitable for pins with a larger length-to-diameter ratio than before. The alignment unit has high compatibility due to precision machining tooling.
